How to synchronize the color registration of printing machine


  First of all, the basis of color registration synchronization of printing machine lies in the guarantee of mechanical accuracy. The key components of printing press, such as cylinder, gear and transmission system, must be kept in good condition to ensure its smooth operation and no gap. Because the paper is affected by humidity, temperature and other factors, it may expand and contract, which will lead to the position deviation of graphics and text. Therefore,the paper with good dimensional stability should be selected as far as possible in the printing process, and the temperature and humidity in the printing workshop should be kept within the standard range (generally, the temperature is 20 ~ 25℃ and the humidity is 50 ~ 60% RH) to reduce the problem of color registration caused by paper deformation.

The experience and sense of responsibility of operators can not be ignored. Even if the equipment is advanced, the operator needs to have good judgment and debugging ability. For example, in the printing process, we should pay close attention to the changes of the first proof and the continuous proof, find out the color registration deviation in time and adjust it. At the same time, reasonably arrange the printing color sequence to avoid overprinter errors caused by inconsistent ink drying time.
